The blade on the Kagerou 2 range consists of an R2/SG2 core with a three-layer stainless steel cladding. The blade is finished in a Tsuchimi style (hammered finish) and is top quality polished.
Use & Care
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
